The Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety is a 12-year, $259 million, multi-partner project that aims to reduce traffic deaths and injuries in low- and middle-income countries. Initiative partners representing the world's leading road safety organizations coordinate with in-country governmental and non-governmental stakeholders to implement road safety activities, focusing on four primary risk factors: speeding, impaired driving, helmet use, and seatbelt use. As a subgrantee to the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), IACP is conducting a comparative analytical assessment of the human resources processes and practices of the Colombian National Police. Through this research, IACP is examining processes and practices such as recruitment and retention, and benefits such as retirement in relation to regional and global promising practices. 

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) between IACP and the Association of Caribbean Chiefs of Police (ACCP) was signed in 2020.

In February 2022, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between IACP and the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) was signed at IACP headquarters.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) between IACP and the UAE Ministry of Interior was signed on October 6, 2019, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The signing ceremony was held during IACP's World Regional Office opening in Abu Dhabi.
