IACP Receives Largest Single Donation in its 129 Year History

Blog Post

Today, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) received the largest single donation in its 129-year history - a gift from MacKenzie Scott. We are honored to accept this donation, which serves as a recognition of the important work that the IACP has done and continues to do. We thank MacKenzie Scott for her trust and confidence in our important work.

“The IACP is thrilled by MacKenzie Scott’s generous donation in support of the IACP and the policing profession,” said IACP President Dwight Henninger. “This donation will further our thoughtful, strategic and evidence-based efforts to shape the future of the policing profession. As we work to honor this generous donation's value, we will be grounded in supporting longstanding priorities, investing in the Association’s future, and amplifying IACP's important voice for the policing profession and the communities we serve.”
