This committee shall secure prompt attendance of members at all business sessions at the annual conference; maintain order and decorum; enforce the orders and rules of the Election Committee as may be required; and take steps as may be necessary to establish favorable meeting conditions. The chair of this committee shall be known as the Sergeant-At-Arms. The committee shall be comprised of nine members. Temporary appointments may be made as required.
