This committee shall act as the official liaison agency for this Association with federal, state, and local agencies charged with the enforcement of the narcotics and dangerous drugs statutes; keep abreast of and fully informed on all developments relating to narcotics and dangerous drugs abuse; and make recommendations to the Association which will assist in combating crime relating hereto.
