IACP 2014: Call for Papers Is Now Open!

Do you have a great topic that you think law enforcement professionals and executives would benefit from? Well, IACP 2014 from October 25-28 in Orlando, Florida, is the perfect opportunity! Our workshop proposal submission process is now underway and we would love to hear what topics you have to offer!

To begin the process, visit the IACP 2014 conference website here. The following is required to submit a proposal:

  • Information about the proposed workshop: Title, Format, Session Type/Workshop Track, Program Abstract, Learning Objectives, Methodology, Topic, Ability Level
  • Contact information of workshop organizer
  • List of presenters/panelists including basic contact information
  • A signed guidelines agreement. Preview Here.

Some popular topics from last year included active shooter scenarios, management, leadership, counterterrorism, legal issues, and technology. These subjects are meant to enlighten conference attendees about the latest trends, policies, solutions, and strategies in law enforcement, so we look for a great variety in our subject selection to keep things fresh and innovative from year to year!

You will need to consider which track your workshop would be most appropriate for. We are looking for subjects that will fit into the following tracks:
