Lieutenant Mohammed Khamis Al-Naqbi has emerged as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader within the Sharjah Police. Since joining the force in 2015, he has served across multiple departments, including Criminal Investigations, Strategic Planning, and Service Excellence. His leadership of the Quality Team at the Khorfakkan Comprehensive Police Station led to a 100 percent Mystery Shopper score and a 5-star service center rating. 

Lt. Al-Naqbi is known for pioneering initiatives such as the Smart Investigator Window and AI-driven customer service enhancements. He has chaired over 28 task forces, led innovation and quality teams, and implemented over 14 proposals in 2024 alone. He has consistently sought opportunities to elevate the organization with innovations such as the youth-led Traffic Lab Project, the Three-Pillar Traffic Readiness Plan, and a staff appreciation initiative, among others. He also conducted the first Sharjah Police study on using AI and drones in operations.   

His commitment to serving the community is exemplified by his successful efforts to increase attendance and satisfaction as a core member of the Community and Partners Forum and his role in launching the region’s first Customer Happiness Forum, which drew 236 attendees. Lt. Al-Naqbi has also contributed more than 1,000 volunteer hours in his community in 2021–2023 alone.  

Lt. Al-Naqbi’s dedication to law enforcement is rooted in a lifelong passion for justice, inspired by his father’s military service. His work reflects a deep commitment to innovation and public service.
