Administrator Maryam Almannaee serves in the Strategy and Performance Development Section at Ajman Police General Headquarters, where she has distinguished herself through strategic planning, institutional excellence, and community engagement. With a background in electrical engineering and a master’s in computer science and data analysis underway, she bridges technical expertise with law enforcement innovation.
Administrator Almannaee has played a pivotal role in automating more than 2,200 performance indicators through the 'Injaz' Performance System, achieving 100 percent automation and earning an Excellence Medal. Her leadership in developing strategic analysis tools and integrating methodologies like SWOT and PESTEL has enhanced operational readiness and institutional sustainability.
She has contributed to Ajman Police’s recognition with 31 awards in 2024 alone, including Best Police Institution in the UAE. As a certified assessor in the Government Excellence Model (GEM 2.0), Administrator Almannaee has evaluated institutional performance and supported the development of the Innovation Lab, which earned international accolades for AI-driven surveillance systems. Among the many projects and teams she has participated in are the Supreme Committee for Digital Transformation, Robotics in Service Centres, Ajman Safe Home, and the Ajman Vison2023 Strategy Development Team.
Beyond her technical and strategic contributions Administrator Almannaee is a dedicated community leader. She has volunteered more than 423 hours, participated in 36 initiatives, and played a key role in youth empowerment through the Ajman Police Youth Council. Her work has directly contributed to a 98.5 percent public safety perception rate in Ajman.
