As chief financial officer of the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, Kathleen LoCicero has redefined what it means to lead with precision, foresight, and integrity in public finance. Since assuming the role in 2020, CFO LoCicero has overseen a $70 million operating budget and guided a finance team supporting an agency with more than 450 employees. Her commitment to excellence earned the agency the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting annually since 2022—an award achieved by only four sheriff’s offices in Louisiana.
