Vela-Reyna has spearheaded transformative programs that bridge the gap between police and community. His initiatives, including the Dog Walker Watch, Teen Academy, and Business Watch, have empowered community members, fostered youth mentorship, and strengthened partnerships with local businesses. His collaboration with the Capable Kids Program to support kids with diverse abilities further demonstrates his commitment to inclusivity and compassion.
