First Lieutenant Ebrahim Hasan AlAbdulla serves as the head of the Alliances Sector in the International Operations Department at the UAE Ministry of Interior. Throughout his distinguished career, he has actively participated in numerous operations and tasks spanning international security, environmental crime prevention, and transnational investigations. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping global law enforcement collaboration. 

He has led international operations such as Operation Green Justice and Operation Jungle Shield, disrupting environmental crime networks in South America and Africa and contributing to advancing global climate security efforts. His leadership in international counter-narcotics operations resulted in the arrest of hundreds of suspects and the seizure of millions in illicit assets. First Lt. AlAbdulla also played a key role in humanitarian missions, large-scale human trafficking operations, and financial crimes cases. Notably, he has played a vital role in major global initiatives, including the success of ISALEX 2.0—the world’s first police exercise conducted in the metaverse.  

First Lt. AlAbdulla holds an MBA in general management and a bachelor’s degree in police science and criminal justice. He has earned recognition from international partners including AMERIPOL, INTERPOL, and global associations. He is a member of several professional teams and organizations, including the International Security Alliance Secretariat, the Secure Communities Forum Working Group, and the International Law Enforcement Climate Initiative. His contributions have earned recognition and multiple awards that celebrate his impactful and innovative work in the field of law enforcement.
