"IACPnet is certainly a tool I am glad to have in my arsenal. A little while back, we purchased vehicle unlocking kits for all of our patrol cars. This was a service that we had never provided in my 15 years here. I had actually reached out to some contacts at local departments to see what their policies were for vehicle lock outs.
