The Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) is a one-week leadership training program for female leaders and those developing female leaders. This curriculum is focused on teaching participants evidence-informed leadership theories to help them inspire followers, lead groups, and achieve organizational goals—all in the context of better understanding the unique challenges women face in the workplace.

Institute Agenda
Course date: August 10 -14, 2026
Most daytime sessions run from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. On Friday, the course will conclude by 12:00 pm.
Registration
The registration cost for this course is $1500 (USD) per person. This fee includes select meals that are provided throughout the week, as noted on the course agenda. Participants will be responsible for all other meals on their own.

The contracted block of rooms for our group is at the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade
The contracted rate for this venue is $170 per night plus tax.
Individuals must provide a credit card to guarantee their reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline: July 31, 2026. After this date, only substitutions within an agency will be allowed. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if we are able to fill your seat prior to the start of the Institute.
