On November 3-4, 2025, the IACP held a Basic Checkpoints training in Córdoba, Argentina for 80 traffic agents. From November 6-7, the same training was provided to 80 agents from the Buenos Aires Body of Traffic Agents.
2025 Global Executive Leadership Summit
From October 27–29, 2025, the IACP hosted the inaugural Global Executive Leadership Summit (GELS) in partnership with the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police / Association canadienne des chefs de police and the Global Consortium Group in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Leaders from law enforcement agencies across Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Malta, the United States, and Canada came together for an impactful new three-day leadership experience focused on expanding wellbeing strategies, strengthening global peer networks, exploring innovative approaches to policing, and addressing long-term local and international challenges. President David Rausch led the IACP Board of Directors delegation and actively participated alongside fellow policing leaders throughout the three-day experience.
