Women's Leadership Institute - Virtual Course

The IACP Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) is a leadership training program for female leaders and those developing female leaders. The curriculum is focused on teaching participants evidence-informed leadership theories to help them inspire followers, lead groups, and achieve organizational goals—all in the context of better understanding the unique challenges women face in the workplace.
Spanning eight weeks in duration, this course consists of two virtual live events a week led by IACP-certified instructors, at-home assignments to support learning application efforts, and virtual (and optional) social events to facilitate participant networking throughout the eight weeks.

As noted in the IACP Virtual WLI Course Overview and Schedule, the eight-week course will begin Monday, August 10 and conclude Friday, October 2.
Weekly virtual live events will take place on Tuesdays and Thursday beginning at 2pm EDT and concluding no later than 4pm EDT.
Details regarding at-home learning application will be communicated before and after each virtual live event, as appropriate.
The registration cost for this course is $750 per person. Please note you must complete registration to attend the training.
Cancellation deadline: July 24, 2020. After this date, only substitutions within an agency will be allowed. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if we are able to fill your seat prior to the start of the Institute.
