Legal Officers Section Spring Training - Cancelled
April 27 — May 1
Given the current situation with COVID-19, the IACP is cancelling the Legal Officers Section Spring Training Conference scheduled for April 27-May 1, 2020 in Denver, Colorado. While the cancellation is disappointing, we believe this is the best decision as we keep the health and safety of participants as our highest priority.
In making this difficult choice, the IACP considered guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), concerns from participants, and the travel restrictions placed on many of our registered attendees.
IACP will cancel all hotel reservations that have been booked within the IACP room block. If you made a reservation at another hotel, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation to avoid any fees.
IACP will automatically transfer your registration to the 2021 LOS Spring Training Conference. By carrying over your payment to next year, this secures your registration for the 2021 event.
However, if preferred, the IACP can also refund registration fees. Please contact Julie Malear of the IACP Member Engagement Team at email@example.com to request a refund.
Again, IACP regrets having to make this decision. We appreciate your support of this event and look forward to seeing you at the 2021 LOS Spring Training Conference and other future IACP events.
Should you have questions, please contact Julie Malear at firstname.lastname@example.org.
