The IACP does not sell nor provide free of charge course syllabi or any portion thereof for any IACP Courses.

IACP Training Programs

The IACP offers world-renowned training programs throughout the United States. Covering a wide range of crucial issues in leadership, management, community involvement, crisis management, force management, staffing, patrol operations, investigations and more, IACP training programs provide in-depth instruction by leading experts.

IACP Contract Training

The IACP can hold any of our regularly offered programs, or design a program to explicitly address your unique training needs, all within local cost constraints. By contracting IACP for training, the same expert instructors that teach IACP’s tuition-based courses will deliver their expertise to your agency.

 

Grant Funded/Low Cost Training available through IACP

The IACP offers a variety no-cost training opportunities. These courses, developed in conjunction with several of IACP’s grant-funded projects, are held in various locations around the country. Instructors are subject matter experts with extensive experience in the course curricula.

Currently the IACP offers no-cost training as part of the following projects:

-Juvenile Justice Training and Technical Assistance
-New Police Chief Mentoring
-Small Police Department Technical Assistance
-Volunteers in Police Service


Center for Police Leadership

The IACP Center for Police Leadership delivers law enforcement leadership training through a systematic, career-long approach from entry level to retirement. The Center’s objective is to enhance the culture of modern policing by emphasizing the importance of effective primary leadership and the education, mentoring and ongoing development of emerging leaders within an agency.
