Police Canine's Equipped with Body Armor in Honor of Fallen Officer

Fargo, ND, Police Department received three new bullet proof and stab proof vests for their K9 unit.  The vests were donated in honor of fallen Fargo Police Officer  Jason Moszer.  Officer Moszer was shot and killed in a standoff in February of 2016.  Each of the vests is embroidered with a message honoring Officer Moszer.
