The IACP Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established to solicit, receive, administer, and expend funds for law enforcement-related charitable and educational purposes.

A thirteen-member Board of Directors, comprised of five members from the IACP's Executive Committee and eight members from the private sector, governs the Foundation.
