Environmental Crimes Committee

This committee shall develop programs aimed at raising the awareness of law enforcement executives regarding crime and the environment. The committee shall study, consider, and determine the full range of environmental issues that surface for law enforcement agencies and shall recommend policies, service programs, and training curricula that will assist police executives in meeting the demands and requirements made of them by environmental laws. The committee also shall develop leadership strategies for police executives to employ in their communities to achieve clean, healthy, and safe environments.
