Firearms Interdiction and Technical Assistance Survey
The IACP, Crime Gun Interdiction and Technical Assistance Program, provides no-cost technical assistance to law enforcement agencies nationwide to help improve their crime gun interdiction efforts. The project consists of site-specific technical assistance programs, Project Safe Neighborhoods Enforcement Training (PSNET), and a periodic newsletter, which provides project and resource updates, training schedules, and other crime-gun related information.
The purpose of this survey is to shape upcoming educational seminars, including programs to be held at IACP's annual conference in Los Angeles, California, on the presence of illegal firearms within our nations communities. Strong emphasis will be placed on how police executives can manage their agency's efforts to reduce gun violence and interdict illegal firearms.
This is a web-based survey- there are no associated mailings or phone calls- and it is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. Your participation in the survey is greatly appreciated. Updates on the Crime Gun Interdiction program can be found on the IACP RCD website listed below.
