DoD's Antiterrorism Program offers three day course on the fundamentals of antiterrorism
The primary purpose of the course is to familiarize students with fundamentals of protecting facilities against terrorist attacks using the latest version of the DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings Document (UFC-4-010-01) as the basis for the curriculum. In addition the course provides a general overview of best practices and state-of-the-art technology related protection against act of terrorism. The course also discusses the application of quantitative vulnerability assessments used to assess vulnerability and risk associated with facilities being targeted by terrorist or other criminals.
Who Should Attend
Security and law enforcement professionals or other professions who are responsible for establishing requirements for antiterrorism, crime prevention, and/or designing facilities to protect personnel and assets from terrorists and other criminals.
