37th Annual LEIM Conference & Technology Exposition

The deadline for making hotel reservations was Aprill 22. Rooms may still be available at the conference rate. The 2013 LEIM Conference will be held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel. We have negotiated the federal per diem rate (currently $128/night) for the entire room block at this exceptional facility! The LEIM Conference formally begins at 1:00pm on Tuesday, May 21. Many flights arrive early and mid-morning, so travel to Phoenix/Scottsdale on the first day of the conference is feasible for many. We have sold out our room block for Monday, May 20th, but we still have rooms available at the conference discounted rate for May 21-24. If you must arrive on Monday, May 20, you may find accommodations for that night at a nearby hotel, such as Zona Hotel and Suites, which is less than one-half mile from the Fairmont Princess, or the Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, which is one-mile away. Both hotels have very favorable rates and are 3.5 Star-rated facilities.

The LEIM Conference is being co-hosted with Scottsdale Police Department and will include both plenary sessions and workshops addressing executive, operational, technical, and communications technologies, policy and practice.

The Exhibit Hall has sold-out with 54 world-class solution providers scheduled to exhibit. In addition, numerous other companies are sponsors of the event and will be present to meet with conference delegates. - Wednesday, May 22: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday, May 23: 9:00am - 1:30pm

NEW: TASER Tour & Reception
TASER International, an exhibitor and sponsor of the 2013 LEIM Conference, will be hosting a no-cost Tour and Reception at their Headquarters facility (near the conference hotel) on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The Tour and Reception is open for law enforcement and criminal justice delegate. Complimentary transportation to and from the event will be provided by TASER. Download the 2013 LEIM Conference Workshop Agenda (PDF) and begin planning your attendance today. In addition to these workshops, the conference will also feature several pre-conference workshops and plenary sessions. 

The 2013 LEIM Conference & Technology Exposition will feature pre-conference workshops beginning Tuesday morning, May 21, 2013. Opening Ceremonies and Plenary Sessions will begin at 1:00pm and run until 5:00pm, at which time the Technology Exhibit Hall will open and we will host a Welcome Reception. Workshops will run all day Wednesday, and until 3:00pm on Thursday, May 23, 2013. The LEIM Section will host a Business Meeting at 3:30pm Thursday.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday of the conference. Morning and afternoon breaks will be provided in the Technology Exhibit Hall.
