New Police Chief Mentoring Project


 

The IACP New Police Chief Mentoring Project (Mentoring Project) provides individual transition support to newly appointed or elected law enforcement leaders. New executives are matched with a seasoned executive from a similar sized agency to provide them with individualized mentoring support. Participants in the Mentoring Project also receive a wealth of written resources to help them succeed early in their career, including the Police Chiefs Desk Reference.
