21st Century Policing Initiative
Nearly all law enforcement agencies are facing reduced budgets. Staff reductions are at an all-time high, and the negative effects of reducing services to communities is significant. To respond to the needs of the field, the IACP has developed an initiative for 21st century policing. This initiative is focused on providing resources for law enforcement leaders to adapt to and address the demands placed on law enforcement.
