The IACP Center for Police Leadership and Training (CPLT) is committed to empowering law enforcement officers to enhance quality of work, find solutions, make decisions, and ultimately save lives. Participants in our training programs will be provided with the skills and knowledge necessary to work successfully while reflecting the IACP’s core values of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Our portfolio of courses offers a variety of training options covering crucial issues in leadership, management and supervision, administration, tactics and safety, and investigations.

Programs feature in-depth instruction by leading subject matter experts. Programs are delivered nationwide on-site with partner host agencies, either through open enrollment or contract. IACP can work with you to deliver any of our programs or design a program to meet your needs.  Learn More »

Grant Funded/Low Cost Training available through IACP
