Public safety is critical to the well-being of every community Target serves, which is why the company is committed to partnering with law enforcement and public safety organizations to build stronger, safer communities across the nation. This partnership effort is called Target & BLUE.

Target, the IACP and IACP Foundation have a long history of partnership, including:

• Funding for the Center for Police Leadership

• Sponsorship of IACP events, including the Target receptions for incoming Presidents, the IACP Foundation's Annual Fundraising Galas, the IACP Police Foundations section reception, and the IACP Forensic Service Award

• Participation in IACP Committees

• Support for National Night Out and the National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial
