House Rules for IACP Foundation Raffle

MSRP excludes all taxes title/documentary fees, registration, tags, Harley-Davidson prep, labor and installation charges, insurance, optional equipment and accessories, certificate of compliance or non-compliance fees, and finance charges.

Delivery must be coordinated through Wild Fire Harley- Davidson by August 31, 2012.

Wild Fire Harley-Davidson and Intrado Inc. will coordinate shipment of the motorcycle to the Harley-Davidson dealership closest to the winner.

Motorcycle cannot be delivered outside of the continental United States.

As per IRS tax code, amounts paid for chances in a raffle do not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

Motorcycle retail value is approx. $22,000.00.

Winner is responsible for all applicable state and local taxes, license, title, freight.

Winner must be 18 years old & have valid license. Need not be present to win. No cash equivalent. Picture for illustrative purposes only.

4,000 tickets printed. Odds of winning are 1:4,000. Ticket holder need not be present to win. Licensed by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Charitable Gaming. Must be 18 years or older to win. No substitutes, return for cash, or other models.

Proceeds benefit the Foundation, our SELECT Scholarship Program for survivors’ families as well as no-cost professional development and training opportunities for law enforcement leaders.

Drawing will take place on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11:00 am Eastern Time at IACP HQ 515 N. Washington Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

The winner will have thirty (30) calendar days to claim the prize from the date of the drawing on August 1st, 2012.  If no winner comes forward, we will draw an additional name from the retained ticket stubs and notify that purchaser.

Ticket stubs will be maintained at IACP for three (3) years.
