Arson and Explosives Committee

This committee shall study, consider, and determine the various methods and means by which crimes involving arson and explosives are committed; survey, investigate, and evaluate the techniques and methods employed by police agencies in solving and reducing the incidence of these crimes; and report to this Association for dissemination to all police agencies all pertinent information and recommendations that will assist them in combating these major crimes.
