2004 Award Finalists

Congratulations go to the following agencies, selected among the 25 Semifinalists to become the 2004 Finalists for the Webber Seavey Award for Quality in Law Enforcement. It was a very close decision, thanks to the many exceptional applications received.

The three winning agencies will be chosen from among these finalists. The winnng agencies will be publicly announced at the Annual IACP Conference on November 15, 2004 in Los Angeles.

2004 Webber Seavey Award Semifinalists

The first panel of judges for the 2004 Webber Seavey Award for Quality in Law Enforcement has selected this year’s semifinalists. A second panel of law enforcement experts to determine the 10 finalists, and, ultimately, the winners will now review these 25 submissions
